Location: Irvine, CaliforniaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $125,000 - 160,000 per yearWe're seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives for our enterprise-grade business surveillance solutions. In this key role, you'll collaborate across product management, sales, and marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand, expand market share, and enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities:Drive Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform product positioning, refine go-to-market strategies, and maximize brand relevance.Develop Product Narratives: Craft and refine product positioning and messaging across all touchpoints, including packaging, sales presentations, and online content, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand story. Execute go-to-market launches for new solutions, products, and feature releases.

Collaborate on Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with internal marketing teams, external agencies, and strategic partners to define and execute go-to-market efforts, achieving business objectives through innovation and collaboration.Provide Product Marketing Expertise: Act as a product marketing advisor for internal and external communications, including training, sales pitches, industry events, media engagements, and influencer collaborations.Enable Sales through Collateral Development: Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop relevant collateral that supports the entire sales process.

Champion Marketing Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and growth marketing best practices. Lead initiatives to integrate cutting-edge strategies into marketing operations.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field required.

Technical Proficiency: Strong technical understanding of products and solutions, with the ability to translate technical features into partner and business benefits.Experience: 5+ years of progressive product marketing experience, with a proven track record in the business video surveillance or related technology sector.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the business video surveillance industry, including solution applications and customer pain points.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with product presentations, video showcases, training, and industry interviews.Adaptability and Project Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on results and quality.Skills: Core Marketing Skills:Product Marketing Strategy: Developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

Technical & Industry Skills:Video Surveillance Industry Knowledge: Understanding of video surveillance solutions, applications, and pain points.Technical Product Understanding: Ability to understand and translate technical features into business benefits.Communication & Collaboration Skills:Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent communication skills for presentations, training, and media engagements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with product, sales, and marketing teams.Relationship Management: Ability to work with external agencies and strategic partners.Influencer Collaboration: experience with influencer collaboration is a benefit.
