Product Marketing Manager

Reports to: VP of Marketing

Hybrid Work: 3 days onsite in Atlanta, 2 days remote (Must live in or relocate to Atlanta Area)

Global medical company specializing in infectious and autoimmune diagnostic equipment used by hospitals worldwide. The Product Marketing Manager will drive the go-to-market strategy for existing and recently FDA-approved testing solutions, utilizing print, sales collateral, digital channels, events, KOP, and other marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for product lines, optimizing program effectiveness within budget. Lead comprehensive marketing campaigns for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and multi-channel communication strategies across digital, print, and educational platforms. Support sales activities by managing key interactions with KOLs, reference sites, customer experiences, product roadshows, WebExes, and industry events. Collaborate with Customer Development to establish reference sites that demonstrate solution value.


Manage full product marketing lifecycle by:

  • Defining product positioning and competitive differentiation
  • Developing market segmentation and go-to-market strategies
  • Designing product sales strategies with Field Sales
  • Consolidating Voice of Customer insights from Sales and Service teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare field or business administration
  • 5+ years related experience in product marketing
  • Experience in Medical Device Product Marketing or similar ( Disease diagnostics marketing experience a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems
  • Travel requirement: 15-30% (Product Marketing Events etc)
