Description: The Product Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Agile-driven projects within the Iron Bank (IB) DevSecOps ecosystem. This role involves collaborating across teams to ensure successful execution of assigned projects while maintaining alignment with DoD DevSecOps standards and program objectives. The Product Manager ensures milestones, deliverables, and budgets are met while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. Required Skills Agile or Scrum Certified
Plan, prioritize, and execute Iron Bank projects to meet customer requirements and program objectives.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
Conduct project meetings and manage tracking, analysis, and reporting of project milestones and deliverables.
Ensure project adherence to DoD quality and cybersecurity standards.
Guide Agile and Scrum teams across multi-functional platforms to ensure seamless project execution.
Act as a principal point of contact and liaison with external stakeholders, providing technical and non-technical briefings.
Collaborate with vendors to manage tasks, integrate deliverables, and track performance.
Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams, leveraging expertise in Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps tools, and DoD cybersecurity.
Manage integration and implementation of cloud provisioning and DevSecOps management strategies.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend actionable solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Interact with customers to understand technical and non-technical requirements, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
Predict and allocate resources effectively, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to address challenges.
Ensure the successful delivery of milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders consistently.
3+ years in project or product management with a focus on Agile methodologies, DevSecOps tools, and DoD cybersecurity standards. Proficiency in managing cloud provisioning, DevSecOps environments, and Agile development frameworks (Scrum).
