Key Responsibilities - Lead and facilitate the Discovery phase of product development projects, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and requirements.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business development to brainstorm ideas, explore potential solutions, and define product concepts.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and leverage this knowledge to inform product strategy.
- Drive the creation of user personas, user stories, and journey maps to capture user needs and guide product development decisions.
- Define success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Discovery phase, and establish metrics to measure progress and track outcomes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, and facilitate decision-making to drive project direction.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that demonstrate proposed solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Champion a user-centered design approach, advocating for the needs and preferences of our target audience throughout the Discovery phase.
