About Trayt: Trayt is a fast-growing, mission-driven, venture-backed healthcare technology startup located in Menlo Park, California. We have a disruptive data platform that is offering a new paradigm in diagnosing, treating, and caring for patients with brain and mental health disorders, including Autism, ADHD, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Trayt's end-to-end collaboration and data analytics platform unites the entire ecosystem of providers and caregivers around every patient. It is the only application to fully address the needs of statewide psychiatry access program with major customers such as the states of Texas and Vermont and powering programs such as Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN) and Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and clinical experts, to develop and deliver mental health digital solutions.
  • Conducting user research to understand the needs, challenges, and goals of patients, providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align with our mission and company goals.
  • Analyzing market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth product development cycles.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, or product mockups to communicate ideas and gather feedback.
  • Monitoring product performance metrics and gathering feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Supporting the prioritization of product features and managing the product backlog.

Requirements

Preferred Experience & Skills:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Psychology, Biology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in mental health, digital health, or healthcare innovation.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy standards.
  • Knowledge of mental health challenges, treatment options, and care delivery models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical thinking with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and software development process.

We pay $18-$23 per hour
