Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive website optimizations, new feature developments, and feature enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-Commerce and a proven track record of improving user experience, conversion rates, and customer engagement.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Lead the development of new features and enhancements to improve customer journey and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, marketing, and customer support, to implement product initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze user behavior, website performance, and other key metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product updates.
  • Partner with marketing teams to launch and promote new features effectively.
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously enhance our shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin strongly preferred
  • BS in Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in E-Commerce or in the wedding industry.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Customer-centric and innovative
  • Experience working with teams across different time zones and managing remote collaborations effectively.
