About the Role
We're seeking a Product Manager to join our Loyalty 2.0 team and help reimagine how customers engage with our brands. This role will be responsible of capturing detailed requirements for one or more key capabilities within our next-generation loyalty platform-such as rewards marketplace, gamification, personalization, or product access.
This role will collaborate with engineering, UX, program management, data, brand teams, and other product managers to deliver seamless, scalable, and emotionally resonant experiences that deepen customer loyalty and drive business growth.
What You'll Do
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and KPIs.
• Partner with engineering and UX to deliver intuitive, brand-aligned experiences across web, mobile, and in-store channels.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
• Support delivery milestones for both the Soft Launch (Fall 2025) and Full Launch (early 2026).
Who You Are
• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in loyalty, e-commerce, or customer experience platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-informed mindset.
• Comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with a bias for action.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint.
• Bonus: Experience with loyalty platforms, personalization engines, or partner integrations
