Job Description: Leading Voice product pod(s) responsible for the core business including voice product setup & configuration, automation, and analytics & optimization.
s a product manager on our team, you will own products and features end-to-end that impact millions of customers.
You will work directly with developers and customers to solve challenging problems using the latest technologies (Java, Node JS, Python, Lambdas). You will make data-driven decisions and prioritize how and when to build features and work with leadership across bank Financial Services to evangelize your products.
Cloud-based contact center experience delivering engaging, dynamic, and personal customer service experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Have experience delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
Have the ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences
Be a strong leader who can prioritize well, and who understands how to drive focus and excellence within a strong, talented, opinionated team
Have a strong track record of achieving the balance between innovation and strong customer and quality focus
Passion for great customer experience and usability
Strong knowledge of contact center concepts and workflow
Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
n MBA and/or a degree in Computer Science (or the equivalent), or professional work experience as a software engineer is a huge plus
5+ years of software product management experience
Possess industry experience in contact centers
