Product Manager - Web Flow

About the Role:
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of user-facing web flows, working at the intersection of design, product, and content. You will own how users experience the platform-from their first impression to conversion-ensuring the site structure, content, and design communicate trust and clarity. The ideal candidate combines structured thinking, business acumen, and a user-centric mindset, and is comfortable working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and brand teams. This is a New York-based role, requiring 3-4 days per week in-office alongside product, PR, and marketing stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy for key user flows on the website, focused on user experience and conversion optimization.
- Conduct competitor and market research to guide best-in-class UX and content strategy.
- Translate research findings into clear product requirements: user journeys, content formats, page templates, and feature specs.
- Partner with designers, developers, and brand stakeholders to shape intuitive, brand-aligned digital experiences.
- Guide content and copy decisions to ensure consistency, clarity, and trustworthiness across web touchpoints.
- Prioritize features and flow improvements based on potential impact and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product management or relevant roles in B2C startups, top consulting firms, or consumer-focused investment firms.
- Demonstrated experience owning user-facing product areas in digital consumer products (e.g., e-commerce, marketplaces, wellness tech, apps).
- Experience driving product decisions in platforms with strong onboarding or conversion flows.
- Ability to think analytically and structure product problems using research, user insight, and market data.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, especially in shaping product narratives and user trust.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams.
- Background in strategy consulting or investment with a consumer focus (e.g., beauty, wellness, retail) - an advantage.
- MBA or degree from a top-tier institution - a plus.
- Passion for fitness and wellness - a bonus.
