A globally recognized leader in medical and risk services is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to own the end-to-end strategy, development, and commercialization of innovative healthcare solutions across the Americas. This is a high-profile, high-autonomy role with full "cradle-to-grave" product ownership from ideation to market launch and lifecycle optimization.
You'll drive the vision for mission-critical services that deliver care in challenging, resource-limited settings, partnering with cross-functional teams (Digital, Medical, Sales, IT) to build scalable, compliant, and client-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Product Roadmap: Define and execute the strategy for medical service products, aligning with market needs and business growth objectives.
- Lead Innovation: Identify gaps, pioneer new solutions (digital/physical), and leverage technologies like telemedicine, IoT, and data analytics.
- Commercialize with Impact: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine GTM strategies, pricing, and client adoption.
- Solve Complex Problems: Design services for remote workforces, expatriates, and crisis scenarios balancing clinical, operational, and commercial demands.
