Description Leidos is seeking a
Product Manager to support a large-scale migration and operations on a major DOD contract. The I3TS program offers enterprise-wide IT support to enhance DTRA's Information Management & Technology Directorate (ITD) by modernizing and continuously innovating the delivery of IT services and mission capabilities to DTRA's internal and external partners operating across various locations.
The Product Manager will be essential to DTRA's implementation of a cutting-edge enterprise architecture. Responsibilities include conducting systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, interface definition, technical management, integration, system testing, and quality assurance. This role oversees projects or processes covering multiple technical areas and collaborates with a diverse team including DevOps, systems engineers, systems administrators, and testers dedicated to delivering updated and modernized DTRA IT systems under project management guidance.
Successful candidates will have experience with both Agile and traditional project methodologies, alongside proficiency in essential project management tools. The role involves participation in release planning events, daily scrums, and other critical technical discussions. Efforts will utilize GOTS, COTS, and Custom technologies to deliver advanced production and dissemination capabilities with desktop, web, and cloud technologies.
Primary Responsibilities - Drive product delivery with a strong understanding of customer needs and mission requirements.
- Develop and maintain the team roadmap while supporting team efforts to meet commitments.
- Plan and prioritize epics, features, stories, and bug fixes.
- Demonstrate the ability to write technical tasks that offer business value to the customer.
- Define, document, and track the completion of Epics, Stories, Tasks, and Bugs.
- Communicate effectively with other Product Owners, Scrum Masters, program leadership, customers, and development teams.
- Facilitate Agile meetings such as daily scrums, retrospectives, and program increment planning sessions.
Basic Qualifications - Ability to define and manage the team roadmap effectively.
- Skill in developing and proposing innovative technical solutions and processes.
- Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge and experience in Agile Development methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well in collaborative settings and lead a team effectively.
- Regularly communicates with key internal and external stakeholders regarding critical issues.
- Strong briefing skills and experience presenting to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications - SAFe Agile Certification is highly regarded.
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Product Owner.
- Certified Scrum Master.
- Understanding of AWS/Cloud technologies is a plus.
- Proven experience managing multiple project baselines across varied environments.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Prior experience supporting the DTRA customer is preferred.

Pay Range: $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
