Product Manager Position type: Permanent
Duration: Fulltime
Location: Georgia, US
As a Product Manager you will: - Define the product vision and strategy, aligned with company goals and market needs.
- Develop a product roadmap outlining key milestones, features, and timelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
- Define product features, create detailed specifications, and manage the product backlog.
- Oversee the design and development process, ensuring the product meets functional, usability, and performance standards.
The Candidate Must Have Skills: - Key Skills and Qualifications: 10+ Years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in product management or a related field, ideally in a tech or software company.
- Technical Skills:
- Ideal Person should have good Domain understanding of Railways industry with hands on experience in Flight Manager , Understanding of Amtrek / Non Amtrek , TTS
- Understanding of software development processes and technologies (knowledge of Agile methodologies is often preferred). Having some knowledge on .net Frameworks will be good
Required Skills: - Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and feedback through direct interaction, surveys, and analytics.
- Ensure that the product delivers a high-quality user experience and satisfies customer expectations

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
