As we scale, Insurance is our core focus for 2025, and we're looking for an exceptional Product Manager to lead the charge in building and executing our product roadmap.
The Role
This isn't your average PM role. We need a hands-on driver-someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, iterate aggressively, and push innovation at startup speed. You believe in the compounding power of rapid experimentation, leveraging AI to accelerate learning cycles and unlock massive productivity gains.
As a Product Manager focused on Insurance, you'll lead our efforts to build, optimize, and scale AI-powered insurance products, working closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and leadership.
What You'll Do
- Own the AI-Powered Insurance Experience - Drive product strategy and execution for our insurance vertical, leveraging AI to build smarter, more personalized solutions.
- Be Hands-On - This isn't a "high-level strategy" role. You'll work deep in the process, defining workflows, refining AI-driven features, and ensuring execution at a high velocity.
- Harness AI to 10x Productivity - From LLMs to AI agents and AI operators, you should be fluent in modern AI tools, applying them to automate workflows, optimize decision-making, and build next-gen products.
- Drive Rapid Iteration & Learning - You believe that the most innovative companies are the ones that cycle quickly and compound the learnings from each iteration.
- Accelerate Progress at High Speeds - You're not just a project manager; you're a force multiplier who removes roadblocks, sets aggressive timelines, and drives execution relentlessly.
- Bridge Business & Tech - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to bring AI-driven insurance solutions to market.
- Measure & Optimize - Define success metrics, track KPIs, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Who You Are
AI-Native: You have deep experience leveraging AI tools, from LLMs to AI operators, and you constantly explore new ways to apply them for productivity and innovation.
Insurance-Savvy (or fast learner): Prior insurance experience is a huge plus, but if you don't have it, you're eager and capable of ramping up fast.
A True Driver: You set the pace, not follow it. You thrive in an environment where speed matters, and you're comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
Execution-Focused: You're not just an idea person-you ensure things ship. You obsess over details, clear bottlenecks, and execute relentlessly.
Obsessed with Experimentation: You believe in fast cycles, learning from each iteration, and compounding those learnings into game-changing products.
Builder Mentality: You thrive in small, fast-moving teams where you can make a huge impact, wear multiple hats, and build from scratch.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, mathematics, or business-related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally in insurance or a closely related sector.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, using data to drive key decisions and optimize product performance.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user behavior in e-commerce and insurance, with a passion for crafting solutions that delight customers.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Hands-on experience with ideation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch execution.
Industry Knowledge: Solid grasp of the insurance industry, its challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven disruption.
Research & Critical Thinking: Strong research abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a self-driven and quick-learning mindset.
Fast-Paced Execution: Comfortable thriving in a high-speed, dynamic startup environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward.
