Product Manager - Commercial Credit Card Portfolio

About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established regional financial institution, is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their Commercial Credit Card portfolio. This is a critical role within the bank's broader Commercial and Business Banking product ecosystem, aimed at driving growth, customer experience, and competitive differentiation in the commercial payments space.
The ideal candidate will have experience with business or commercial card programs, but the client is also open to candidates from adjacent industries who bring transferable product strategy skills, strong analytical thinking, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Commercial Credit Card product suite, including strategy, pricing, enhancements, and competitive positioning
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to launch and manage card-related initiatives
- Analyze market trends, client feedback, and portfolio performance to drive continuous product improvement
- Collaborate with Treasury and Commercial Relationship teams to align product offerings with broader business banking needs
- Ensure product compliance and manage vendor relationships where applicable
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in commercial banking, fintech, or payments
- Experience with commercial or business credit card products is highly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a regulated environment
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and agile product development practices
