Product Manager

Anticipated salary for the position: $83,000 - $103,000 per year; full-time. Responsibilities: Use analytics to help understand business results post implementation. Set up new claim service options, coordinate API integrations with SquareTrades partners, and create seamless customer experiences. Work with engineering teams within scrum environment including but not limited to attending daily stand ups, writing and grooming stories, sprint planning and attending team retrospectives. Work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate, set up, develop, test and launch solutions for partners related to processing customer claims. Closely interact with internal and external business partners to understand business objectives, listen to users to understand their needs, and work with specialized engineering scrum team to figure out implementation options. Maintain product backlog and priority of stories. The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering, or a related field. The position also requires two (2) years of experience in job offered or in a product management-related occupation. Professional and/or academic experience must include: Using Agile in a scrum environment; Writing technical specifications; Knowledge of Java, SQL (database and query writing), and Tableau and PowerBI.
