Job Details
We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager - Customer Retention & E-Commerce to partner with our client's tech team to build and optimize customer retention strategies and e-commerce experiences. Our client, a fast-growing D2C company specializing in custom lawn care solutions, is committed to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences.
In this role, you will focus on customer retention across all stages of the retention cycle, with a particular emphasis on intra-season churn and year-to-year retention. Additionally, you will lead the e-commerce experience, collaborating with Merchandising to drive conversions for direct-to-consumer products.
