Your Mission- Chief Mission Control: Own the blueprint across our products and stack. Ensure our products work as intended - customers are happy and booking, venues are engaged and paying, and our internal support teams are able to scale
- Ship the critical path: Build analytics dashboards, optimize conversion funnels, ship prototypes, landing pages, and UX improvements that drive partnerships and bookings
- Keep systems in sync: Ensure our supplier portals and internal systems keep pace with customer-facing products so venue partners and support teams can deliver high satisfaction for our customers
- Maintain exceptional standards: Fine-tune and iterate constantly without degrading product quality or design standards
- Deploy AI and contractors strategically: Use AI tools to accelerate development and bring in expert contractors for specialized work
You'll Thrive Here If You- Have 3-5 years as a product engineer or growth engineer who can actually code and have a keen eye for business strategy, revenue, and growth
- Are obsessed with bridging the gap between beautiful designs and flawless execution

The Package- Base: $120K-$140K
