Position Summary & Responsibilities:
The Product Labeling and Documentation Support Technician is responsible to support daily routine operational tasks associated with product labeling deliverables (Instructions for Use, physical media, electronic publication). This role supports reagents, instruments, and accessories during the product development process and lifecycle management of bioMerieux products.
- Participates in cross-functional projects and communicating effectively with internal customers and management to ensure timelines and objectives are achieved.
- Performs quality checks and verification of labeling deliverables to ensure compliance to standards, regulations, and company quality procedures.
- Act as Product Labeling Control Authority for labeling to ensure the appropriate metadata is applied and enter labeling data into appropriate systems.
- Manage electronic distributions for ranges supported and create physical media in accordance with project needs.
Education, Skills, & Experience:
- Associates degree in a related field (Quality Systems, Labeling, Communication) with 3 years of quality systems or labeling experience
- High School Diploma with 5+ years of quality systems or labeling experience also accepted
- Basic proficiency level in MicroSoft Word, and PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in thoroughness of tasks
- Adhere to Hybrid work schedule
