About the Product Team
At the core of THG Labs sits the Product Team who act as the central hub, orchestrating end-to-end product lifecycles, managing customer relations and project execution.
Product Development Co-Ordinator
This role serves as an essential foundation within the Product Team, providing valuable exposure to the intricacies of product development and project management and serves as a springboard for those aspiring to pursue a career in Product Management.
Responsibilities:
- Smooth execution of various administrative tasks, critical to both the success of our projects and the day-to-day functioning of the product team.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams throughout a project timeline.
- Set up project critical paths for manager's approval and track key milestones.
- Research and collate competitor analysis to support product concept proposals.
- Track new product launches and key market trends.
- Contribute to the compilation of artwork briefs, liaising closely with the design team and circulating relevant documents for approval.
- Prepare component samples for manager to set QC standards.
- Prepare development samples with relevant documentation for the customer's approval.
- Attend production runs both internally and externally.
- Contribute to the collation of product costings and budgets.
- Communicate effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues, and managers.
- Help to promote a positive working environment.
- Any other duties that may be required.
