About the Product Team

At the core of THG Labs sits the Product Team who act as the central hub, orchestrating end-to-end product lifecycles, managing customer relations and project execution.

Product Development Co-Ordinator

This role serves as an essential foundation within the Product Team, providing valuable exposure to the intricacies of product development and project management and serves as a springboard for those aspiring to pursue a career in Product Management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Smooth execution of various administrative tasks, critical to both the success of our projects and the day-to-day functioning of the product team.
  2. Liaising with cross-functional teams throughout a project timeline.
  3. Set up project critical paths for manager's approval and track key milestones.
  4. Research and collate competitor analysis to support product concept proposals.
  5. Track new product launches and key market trends.
  6. Contribute to the compilation of artwork briefs, liaising closely with the design team and circulating relevant documents for approval.
  7. Prepare component samples for manager to set QC standards.
  8. Prepare development samples with relevant documentation for the customer's approval.
  9. Attend production runs both internally and externally.
  10. Contribute to the collation of product costings and budgets.
  11. Communicate effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues, and managers.
  12. Help to promote a positive working environment.
  13. Any other duties that may be required.
