Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Product Designer for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.


Position Summary: We are looking for Product Designers with strong skills in visual design, interaction design, concepts, and prototyping to help create the next wave of AI-powered Advertiser experiences and contribute to evolving our design system and framework. You will work across teams to create beautiful, inclusive, and accessible experiences that customers love.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:


  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, product planners, and developers from the early stages through implementation
  • Design relevant and impactful interactions and experiences through understanding the motivations, behaviors, and needs of our customers
  • Contribute to strategic planning to align the design process with business goals and customer value
  • Draw on your ability to map end-to-end experiences to propose creative solutions to complex customer journeys
  • Utilize Fluent Design language and contribute to our Advertiser Design System



Qualifications:


  • Our team is open to non-traditional backgrounds and equivalent experiences to the qualifications below.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Interaction Design, Graphic/Communications Design, Industrial or Product Design, Human-Computer Interactions, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience designing and implementing user interfaces, whether as a professional or as a volunteer, hobbyist, or freelancer
  • Experience with modern design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch (design-focused roles will require fluency in Figma on the job)
  • Demonstrated sense of interaction design attuned to the fundamentals of user experience, including accessibility and inclusive design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to energize teams and advocate for your ideas
  • Knowledge of UX research methodologies and analyzing research data
  • Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated in visual design skills or user research rigor.
