Product Demonstration Event Manager Join Club Demonstration Services (CDS), the leading in-house event marketing provider for Costco. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Event Manager who will be instrumental in recruiting, hiring, and supervising in-store Product Demonstrators. Your role will involve overseeing product preparation and presentation, training staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to all Club members. Strong communication skills are required to effectively liaise with warehouse managers, vendors, and our team of Product Demonstrators, especially during new location grand openings.

Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and hire part-time staff for product demonstrations.
- Oversee product preparation and presentation, ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance.
- Train Product Demonstrators on demonstration practices and outstanding customer service.
- Facilitate communication between managers, vendors, and demonstrators.
- Engage in new location grand openings as necessary.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to four years of experience in retail, hospitality, or food service.
- Detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide high-performance teams.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment effectively.
- Proficient in coaching and counseling staff and addressing performance issues as needed.
- Flexibility and capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment.
