Product Delivery Manager
The Role
Do you want to make a difference and be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team passionate about crafting and improving the Wealthscape Operations Workstation in the Ops Experience and Platform Access product area of Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS)?
IWMS is dedicated to helping financial advisors thrive by offering Client-Focused Expertise, Industry-Leading Financial Solutions, and Flexible Technology. You will work with the squad leader in supporting the OpsWorX squad, delivering new and evolving products and services. The squad's focus is to digitize the operations associate experience by building a modern, browser-based solution for IWMS Home Office users to seamlessly replace legacy mainframe systems.
As a Product Delivery Manager, you would blend knowledge and practice of product management and business analysis skills to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle. You have a passion for empathizing with customers, defining the problem statement, generating solution ideas, collaborating, and seeing products come to life.
There are three primary principles of being a great Product Delivery Manager in Product Solutions and Strategy:
Strategy & Planning: Understanding the problem or the "why" and aligning it to the mission
Execution: Collaborating with partners to deliver your team's work
Service, Support & Evolution: Seamlessly deploy your product and support it after the launch
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience required; MBA preferred.
6+ years of experience working with customer service, product management, or tech development teams; demonstrated strong analytical skills and is technologically adaptable.
Bring a voice of influence to your squad and interdependent teams by embracing the shared vision and fostering collaboration. Drive towards the business goal with effective communication and navigate through complex scenarios.
Proficiently lead all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle responsibilities, focusing on motivating change in how we do business to bring a product from strategy to the marketplace.
Keen focus on the end-to-end customer experience; resolve user difficulties while working across collaborators to prioritize solutions.
Demonstrate a growth and learning mentality to advance skills and approach work with a constant curiosity to keep current with business and client needs.
The Team
We are Product Leaders who help define organizational needs, engage team members, and deliver optimal client experiences by detailing the "ask" while educating on the options and capabilities offered, drive an executable strategy, and ensure scalable and supportable solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Product Solutions and Strategy chapter area and work on solutions to drive IWMS business forward. The Product Solutions and Strategy chapter aligns with IWMS business partners in an agile way of working by putting autonomous agile teams at the front of delivering incredible client value and supporting all associates to be motivated towards continuous improvement and career development. You sustain and evolve our innovative learning agile culture by demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors.
