Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)

Position Overview

We are seeking an execution-focused Product Analyst or Product Manager to support a billing system conversion initiative for a leading telecom client. The ideal candidate will have experience working in billing systems or on billing-related products in telecom or adjacent industries. Candidates with a background as Product Analysts, Business Analysts, or Billing Analysts in similar domains are also welcome to apply.

This is a hybrid role based out of Bellevue, WA, requiring periodic on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of the billing platform conversion project with a laser focus on timelines, deliverables, and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, operations, and external vendors to translate business requirements into product deliverables.
  • Serve as the go-to SME on billing capabilities, requirements, workflows, and edge cases during the conversion process.
  • Work with stakeholders to capture and validate functional and non-functional requirements related to billing.
  • Perform gap analysis between legacy and new billing platforms and help create bridging solutions as needed.
  • Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression testing efforts and track defects to closure.
  • Maintain clear documentation around system behavior, logic, and key billing workflows.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership, surfacing risks and blockers proactively.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Manager, Billing Analyst, or Business Analyst in a billing-heavy environment.
  • Strong understanding of telecom billing systems, conversion processes, and associated workflows.
  • Proven experience leading or contributing to platform migrations or tool conversions, ideally in telecom.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to deep dive into system behavior and process flows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the telecom industry.
