As a valued member of our Produce team, you will play a vital role in receiving, preparing, and showcasing quality products while adhering to our high standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that our displays are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked by maintaining cleanliness, checking product codes, and rotating goods.
- Assisting your Team Leader to effectively organize seasonal and volume items.
- Monitoring for spoilage and actively communicating waste management to buyers and supervisors.
- Completing necessary inventory checks and documentation regarding spoilage and product conditions.
- Arriving at work on time, appropriately groomed, and ready to contribute, while also attending scheduled trainings.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with customers using suggestive selling techniques.
- Maximizing sales potential through proper product handling and merchandising techniques.
- Following all established safety, health, and cleanliness protocols to ensure a secure shopping environment.
- Performing opening, mid, and closing duties as needed to maintain store efficiency.
- Reporting any safety hazards promptly.
- Engaging in other tasks as assigned by store leadership to support our goals.

No prior retail experience is required for this position. We provide training to help you succeed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking (6-8 hours per day).
- Moderate physical activity, including bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and some cleaning chemicals.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
- Capability to use tools and equipment safely, including knives and electric pallet jacks.
- Possible use of ladders during work.

The wage range for this position is $16.00 - $25.40 per hour, based on experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, store discounts, and paid time off.
