As a valued member of the Produce team, you will play a crucial role in receiving and preparing products, maintaining displays, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll help uphold our high standards and make a real difference every day. This position includes responsibilities such as:
- Keeping the Produce displays clean and appealing by front-facing, checking codes, and rotating stock.
- Assisting the Team Leader with organizing and showcasing seasonal and high-volume items.
- Monitoring for spoilage and communicating with relevant team members about waste.
- Completing necessary reports for spoilage, sampling, and temperature checks.
- Helping with periodic inventory counts and ensuring a well-stocked and organized work area.
- Arriving on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to contribute during all scheduled shifts.
- Providing top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries promptly, and utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, including Weights and Measures and safe work practices.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment and ensuring equipment cleanliness aligns with company standards.
- Executing opening, midday, and closing duties as assigned while ensuring signage and pricing accuracy.
- Reporting safety hazards and violations immediately.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for 6-8 hours, and regular use of hands for grasping and manipulation. You will also encounter various temperatures, as well as wet and dry conditions.
The wage range for this position starts at $16.00 and goes up to $25.40 per hour, based on experience.
