As a member of the Produce team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our products, assisting in receiving and preparing produce, and providing exceptional service to our customers. This position includes breaking down deliveries, restocking shelves, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and upholding the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure fresh and attractive displays by keeping produce cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- Assist in arranging and highlighting seasonal products.
- Monitor produce for spoilage and communicate waste to the appropriate team members.
- Complete required spoilage, sampling, and temperature documentation.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks.
- Arrive on time and prepared for each shift, demonstrating a professional appearance.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Maximize sales potential through proper stocking, prepping, and merchandising of products.
- Comply with health and safety standards in all tasks.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
- Report safety hazards and violations promptly.

Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Ability to work in both wet and dry conditions.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience using tools and equipment, including knives and pallet jacks.
- May require use of ladders.
The wage range for this position is $16.00 - $25.40 hourly, based on experience.
