As a member of the Produce team, you'll play a crucial role in receiving and preparing products, maintaining appealing displays, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, and ensuring the freshness of our offerings. - Keep produce shelves clean, well-stocked, and appealing by front-facing, checking codes, and removing expired items.
- Assist in organizing seasonal displays and monitor produce to prevent spoilage.
- Complete inventory checks and assist with periodic assessments as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and model effective selling techniques.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain a clean working environment and ensure the proper maintenance of equipment.
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties while ensuring accuracy in pricing and signage.
- Proactively report safety hazards and assist with other duties as assigned.
