Your purpose:

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to support growth in our Infrastructure and Transportation programmes. This role offers the opportunity to work within a reputable business delivering high-quality services in complex environments, collaborating with clients across the public and private sectors to provide expertise and excellent service.


What you can bring:
  • Degree qualified. MRICS, MCIPS, MCIOB, or working towards these qualifications (or similar). Awareness of procurement models and routes to market for various contracts.
  • Experience advising clients on procurement and commercial strategies, especially on major programmes and complex projects across sectors like infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, oil and gas.
  • Knowledge of collaborative procurement methods such as Alliances, Partnering, ECI, and Multi-lotted frameworks. Experience engaging with suppliers and conducting early market engagements (desirable).
  • Understanding of construction contracts like NEC, JCT, FIDIC, and experience with public sector procurement regulations, including Brexit considerations. Ability to produce cost analyses and benchmarking reports.
  • Proven experience in planning, developing, and managing procurement activities, including tendering, negotiations, governance, and contract awards.
  • Experience with market engagement, supply chain analysis, developing tender packs, and evaluating proposals. Strong stakeholder communication skills, working with legal, finance, engineering, and project teams.
  • Experience working in client-focused environments, devising commercial solutions, and developing bespoke contractual models.
