The New York State Unified Court System is seeking an Assistant Court Analyst to serve in the Office of Court Administration Division of Grants, Contracts, and Procurement. In support of court operations and administration, the OCA Division of Grants, Contracts, and Procurement manages procurement and contracting of legal services, human services, technology services, consultant services, employee benefit products, and commodities. The Assistant Court Analyst will provide administrative support to the various units in the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring purchase requests.
- Assisting in the administration of procurement processes.
- Managing the receipt and review of submitted proposals.
- Conducting research to ensure vendor responsibility.
- Assembling required supporting documentation and preparing draft contracts for submission to counsel.
- Entering accounts payable transactions in the Statewide Financial System.
- Entering and retrieving information from Sharepoint lists and libraries.
- Must be detail oriented and proficient in the use of MS Office 365 applications.
Qualifications:
One year in the Junior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or High School diploma or the equivalent and four (4) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
