Gallagher-Kaiser is seeking a process simulation engineer to help our design team continue towards our goal to develop virtual models of our manufacturing and installation processes.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in Siemens Platforms such as Technomatix, Plant simulation, Process simulate, etc.
- Strong understanding of automated and manual production systems.
- Proficient in process modeling, simulation, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex manufacturing systems and provide innovative solutions.
- Ability to use building and optimizing digital twins for Planning, Construction, and manufacturing systems.
- Experience in Autodesk Revit, Dassault Solidworks, Nvidia Omniverse, Trimble RealWorks, etc. preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers, automation suppliers and, cross functional groups including engineering, sales, operation, project management, etc.
- Develop the standard tools and parameters using Siemens Process simulate and Plant simulation.
- Support other Engineers to create and validate process flows.
Qualification:
- Engineering degree from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of related experience is preferred.
- Highly collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
