Title: Process Manager
Location: Jackson, MO (Onsite)
Duration: 11+ Months (Possibilities of extension)
Parttime: 19.20 hrs /week
Years of Exp: 3 to 5 (Direct Hire/ No Interview)
Must haves:
- Advanced technical knowledge of Family Care Converting equipment.
- Process management systems including Cleaning, Inspection and Lubrication standards.
- Changeover standards (completion), etc.
- In-depth knowledge of CIL, AM, PM and RCO DMSs.
Nice to Haves:
- Service provider must be able to: Support technical training on an individual basis and/or group setting
- Support site with changeover training (hands on).
- Ability to train individuals or groups on technical and operational functions of converting lines (hands on).
- Ability to train changeovers (hands on).
Job Description:
- FC Converting Process Manager.
- Platform Technical training in the tissue/ towel converting area at Cape site.
- You will oversee designing, optimizing and implementing processes and improvements.
- You will implement solutions, with a focus on creating efficiency and scale through technology and automation.
- You will oversee, designs and prioritize technical operations roadmaps working to implement and improve efficacy and efficiency of existing operational processes or unlock new capabilities.
- Lead and cross collaborate on iterative problem definition and technical design/scoping to build solutions.
- Use data to independently guide decisions to affect strategy. identify risks; respond to and resolve issues/errors/escalations through investigation to produce insights for short/medium/long-term technology-enabled solutions.
- Distill the requirements of new product and market expansions and designs automated workflows to reduce manual work requirements.
- Support engineers, analysts and other Operations team members to resolve escalations through issue investigation to produce insights, training, and technical tooling.
- Understand the operations ecosystem, technology and data models and its current strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.

- Standard Good understanding of the equipment
- Has had experience of the process
- No travel and 100% onsite role with free parking
- 7AM-3PM or 4PM CST, Flexible hours depending on business need. Mainly Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Average 19 hours per week may vary
- With P&G background and has worked with specific equipment
- No Education requirement
- Top skills: Knowledge converting equipment - operates, maintain end to end process and ability to train.
