Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Improvement Analyst to support the performance metrics and corporate policy for the Sponsor's Financial Management office. The ideal candidate will have experience in benchmarking and program metrics, process improvement, and general management consulting. Candidates with experience in the Sponsor's finance and/or contracts-related procedures are preferred. Support the development and implementation of performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness. Conduct benchmarking studies to identify best practices and recommend improvements. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for process improvement. Assist in the development and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Provide general management consulting support as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with required polygraph Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in process analysis, benchmarking, program metrics, or management consulting. Familiarity with the Sponsor's finance and/or contracts-related procedures is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Desired Qualifications Knowledge of OGFM performance metrics and corporate policy. Knowlege of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
