Job Summary

Identifies restructuring, process and service enhancement opportunities to improve customer and team member experience as well as regulatory compliance while minimizing cost and maximizing operational efficiency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establishes strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and automation across the organization. Partners with Information Technology to develop and deploy a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strategy to include defining target applications and processes and a prioritization for implementation.
  • Analyze processes for operational, compliance, and reputational risks, recommending and implementing appropriate controls to mitigate those risks.
  • Assist with preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with line-of-business (LOB) and Information Technology to explore use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create efficiencies and improve customer service delivery. Develops and deploys eDocs and eSignature use case strategy. Partners with stakeholders for deployment.
  • Establishes key process performance metrics and goals. Partners with LOB and support functions to define measures of success (e.g., TAT, Gearing Ratios, Unit Costs). Establishes baseline performance.
  • Develops and affects change. Defines the scope of change. Leads and/or sponsors change efforts. Partners with Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) on enterprise-wide or Technology related initiatives. Measures the impact and implements controls.
  • Partners with assigned line-of-business to identify and prioritize opportunities as well as affect change to achieve goals. Acts as a BPO SME/consultant and co-sponsors BPO related changes/projects. Helps define and implement key metrics, reporting and controls
  • Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience:
  • 8 years of increasing technical project management and business analysis experience delivering complex solutions with recognized program/project methodologies, including management of cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization and eight years of management/supervisory experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Broad knowledge of the company and key functions.
  • Solid project management skills, especially in a cross functional environment managing resources to meet goals on multiple projects.
  • Expertise with program and project management discipline.
  • Leadership, consultative and relationship building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills including cost estimation, cost-benefit analysis, risk mitigation and budget tracking.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to continually support people through individual development plans.
  • Ability to confidently facilitate team discussions and communicate business messages.
  • Strong listening skills and a positive communicator.
  • Proficiency using Jira or other agile software product
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software products.
