About the Role:

The Process Engineer role is ideal for technically driven professionals with a passion for designing and optimizing sanitary process systems. This position plays a key role in supporting project execution. From conceptual engineering to commissioning, you will provide technical expertise, system design input, and hands-on support for custom stainless-steel processing equipment. You will collaborate closely with internal sales, fabrication, and automation teams while serving as a technical liaison with clients throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop process flow diagrams, and layout drawings for sanitary process systems including tanks, piping, valves, pumps, and heat exchangers.
  • Support the customization and specification of process equipment in compliance with food-grade and hygienic design standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to translate customer needs into engineered solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing hygienic processing systems including CIP and pasteurization.
  • Experience with 3D CAD and 2D drafting tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Experience with food-grade and personal care manufacturing standards.
  • Familiarity with utilities related to CIP (e.g., water, steam, compressed air, cleaning chemicals).
  • Understanding of heat exchanger design (plate, tubular, etc.).
  • Exposure to batching, mixing, and packaging processes.
