Job Title: Process Engineer Specialist

Team Background/Daily Responsibilities?

-candidate will join the Platform & Infrastructure team and they're the quality main group that follows compliance issues, parcel design/development where they need this candidate to take ownership & follow up on those issues, to give insight into the audit & findings, a good communicator of what accommodations those issues need for deployment, find any gaps in data, and create standard operating procedures

-team has historical data on incidents that change any parcel areas which indicates some requirements, team needs the candidate to do some data analysis on that historical data or training to format a report that shows the team the right threshold tool or maintenance tool to follow

-this is all a part of the team's policy so security is in the picture, as well as, incidents & tickets, essentially a vast amount of data the candidate will handle for the analysis

-this data is audit & internal where candidate will take documentation of audits & artifacts, then ensure quality health ie goals/what key factors are affecting specific points

Tech Responsibilities

-platform & infrastructure organization so the knowledge of platform would be helpful, databases are expected for the cloud, technology enhances the quality side of work

-SNOW is used for incident changes

-Jira important b/c used by help desk which prepares references/pages in Atlassian after SOP for documentation all in one place

not looking for admin type

-unix experience: could be from user standpoint for user permission, but team is trying to use it from a broader engineering standpoint
