We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing workflows, improving efficiency across departments, and driving process improvements in our manufacturing and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance existing workflows and processes across sales, finance, and operations
- Implement and maintain process improvements using systems like QuickBooks and Salesforce
- Work cross-functionally with teams to align system capabilities with business needs
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms
- Develop documentation for best practices, SOPs, and process changes
Required Experience:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with:
- QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop
- QuickBooks Online
- Salesforce
- Fishbowl Inventory
- Sellware
- Experience in process optimization or business systems integration
- Ability to analyze workflows and make data-driven recommendations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
