Title: Asset Process Coordinator
Core Function:
The Asset Coordinator is a key liaison to our High Priority Client Account on an Asset tracking perspective when it comes to the movement of product from Pomeroy to Client. This role assists with properly updating and tracking those assets and ensuring they are correctly updated in both Pomeroy and Client systems.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Update the Client HDW Asset DB to reflect devices that are shipping/receiving from the Pomeroy warehouse and to on-site locations at Stryker.
Perform monthly stockroom audits of all North America Client Locations and investigate assets updated incorrectly.
Work closely with the Pomeroy Team (Deskside, MFG Support, Executive Support, and Operations) to ensure all devices are returned for the lease return deadlines, with proper asset updates.
Reviewing data that's in the system with issues presented:
o "In use" devices not assigned to owners
o Devices "In Transit"
o Devices "Missing" state for more than 2 years
o Devices with "On Order" status for more than 3 months
o Users assigned to multiple devices
o Duplicate Serial Numbers
o Duplicate Asset tags (Including asset tags with/without leading zeros)
Provide overview and assistance with teams shared mailboxes for the team and users associated on the account.
Full-time on-site support at the Pomeroy Headquarters for Client directly.
Identify the key processes that occur on site in the Hebron Headquarters and completed checkpoints with each facility (Depot receiving, ITAD, Shipping, Integration, etc.)
Coordinating and leading calls with the Deskside technicians and coordinators to ensure Asset Management is completed correctly.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
2+ years in a project role
Asset Management knowledge or experience preferred
Data analysis and excel skills critical
Presentation (Visio and PowerPoint) and communication skills are critical

General Office Environment
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
