See additional details below. Process Business Analyst Highlights The pay for this position is $52.00-$56.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Onsite position. This position is a full-time contract opportunity Responsibilities Collaborate with business units to gather and document current-state business processes through interviews, workshops, and remote sessions via Microsoft Teams Create professional process documentation such as flowcharts, process maps, and SOPs using Microsoft Visio Organize and manage documentation in SharePoint to maintain version control and accessibility Ensure all documentation follows organizational format and standards Partner with SMEs to ensure documents reflect accurate business operations Align process documentation with system requirements and training initiatives Maintain and update documentation as processes change, and communicate those updates effectively Some travel may be required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field - or equivalent combination of experience and training Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or Process Analyst role Proficient with Microsoft Visio and Teams Strong working knowledge of SharePoint for content/document management and versioning Familiarity with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) standards Excellent communication and interviewing skills High attention to detail and structured documentation approach Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries is a plus Benefits Available Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates If you are interested in this Process Business Analyst position, APPLY, or contact 153724
