We are looking for a dynamic Change Manager to join our team and lead the transformation of our technology adoption process. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact by working with cross-functional teams to enhance our service and advisor tools.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate evaluation sessions with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to align on the new adoption process.
- Develop and implement action plans to address adoption gaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product roadmaps.
- Test and continuously improve the adoption process to ensure its effectiveness.
- Provide insights and feedback to the core team based on evaluation sessions.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a change management role or product ownership role.
- Proven experience with process engineering, service blueprinting, or service model design.
- Strong ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in our Minneapolis office.

- Experience in the financial services industry.
