This position is expected to be hybrid. NYC Salary Range - $110,894 - $130,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

Key Responsibilities
- Uphold UNFCU's mission, core values, and guiding principles by providing exceptional service to colleagues and members.
- Conduct complex analysis of current and future state processes.
- Develop and maintain business process models to foster shared understanding.
- Identify insights from analysis that drive improvements and innovations.
- Design customer journey models and document end-to-end experiences.
- Propose process and customer journey improvements aligned with strategy.
- Collaborate with customer experience teams to gather measures and identify pain points.
- Lead sessions between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support go-live activities, address issues, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Promote industry standards and a data-centric decision culture.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and tools.
- Maintain documentation of requested changes and notify internal teams.
- Generate reports for management and staff.
- Manage system configurations and support testing.
- Develop training materials and support business continuity planning.
- Assist with research, analysis, and audit responses.
- Cross-train personnel for backup coverage.
- Participate in training and vendor conferences.
- Perform additional duties as needed, ensuring compliance with laws and ethics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, corporate communications, or equivalent.
- 2 years' experience in customer journey modeling and process analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and customer journey modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple initiatives.
