We are seeking a seasoned Probate Paralegal to enhance our dedicated team. This role involves providing comprehensive support in managing high-volume, intricate probate and trust administration cases. Your expertise will ensure the seamless progression of estate matters, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file probate documents, including petitions, motions, inventories, and accountings.
- Manage estate accounts and assist in the liquidation and transfer of property.
- File life insurance claims and coordinate with beneficiaries and next of kin.
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of local court rules to guide estate decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of insert years years of experience in probate and trust administration.
- Proficiency in EstateWorks, HotDocs, BNA 706 tax preparation, iManage, and MS Office Suite.
- FRP and/or CLA certifications preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
