Role Description
This is a Full time hybrid role for a Probate Litigation Attorney. The role is based in Coral Gables, FL, with the option for work from home. The Probate Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling probate cases, drafting and filing motions, representing clients in court, conducting trials, and taking depositions. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting with clients, preparing legal documents, and providing diligent representation in probate matters.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of law and legal principles related to probate
- Experience in drafting and filing motions
- Comfortable working in court settings and handling trials
- Skilled in conducting depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
- Experience in family law will be considered an asset
