- Must hold a Master s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and valid state licensure.
- Responsibilities include maintaining patient records, communicating effectively with patients and families, and coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Physical requirements include mobility and the ability to handle job demands, with exposure to various health risks.
- Experience with the elderly in a skilled nursing environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and empathy in patient care are essential.
