High school diploma or equivalent required •
Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred •
Strong phone and communication skills in a busy environment

Ability to handle inquiries professionally while following HIPAA guidelinesYour Role as a Receptionist - Operate the community telephone and paging system efficiently
- Greet and direct visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure residents and guests sign in and out properly
- Handle inquiries and messages accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing office supplies
- Schedule transportation for residents' medical appointments
- Notify the Supervisor in Charge (SIC) of bell calls promptly
