We are seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to serve the Jefferson County and Chesterfield/Ballwin areas, providing in-home outpatient and hospice care. The PT will assess patient abilities, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team under the supervision of the Regional Director of Therapy. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, documenting visits, instructing patients and caregivers, and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants. Candidates must have a Bachelor s degree in Physical Therapy, a valid Missouri license, and preferably two years of experience. The role involves working in various settings, including patient homes, and requires physical activity and moderate lifting.
