We seek a dedicated COTA to provide rehabilitative services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, assisting in patient assessments, documentation, and treatment planning.
Essential Functions:
Assist in determining patient abilities and treatment goals. Document patient progress and collaborate with the rehabilitation team. Ensure safety and compliance with treatment standards. Minimum Requirements:
One year of direct patient care experience preferred. Current state COTA licensure and BLS certification required. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
