Private Credit Operations Associate

Responsibilities:

• Broad operational responsibilities surrounding CLOs, such as: cashflow calculations, hypothetical trade tests, cash reconciliations, waterfall distributions, and more
• Closing par and distressed LSTA bank loans
• Handling reporting, audit, and regulatory requests
• Interaction with front office on daily trading
• Liaising with ratings agencies

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of relevant CLO or bank loan experience
• Knowledge of Wall Street Office (WSO), Allvue, or loan-specific software
