Job Description
- Oversee tax planning, compliance and advisory services for private clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the Tax Department.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the team.
- Review and sign off on complex tax returns.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws.
- Participate in the strategic planning and decision-making at the department and firm levels.
- Represent the Tax Department in meetings and presentations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Tax Director should have:
- A professional qualification in Tax or Accountancy.
- Extensive knowledge of private client tax matters.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A commitment to providing excellent client service.
- Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
