- Manage and develop client relationships in the private client sector
- Provide high-level tax advice to high net worth individuals
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of tax services to clients
- Participate in business development initiatives to grow the tax practice
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
- Contribute to the development of team members through mentoring and coaching

The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Associate Director should have:
- A professional qualification in tax or law
- Deep knowledge of UK tax law and regulations
- Experience in a tax advisory role within a professional services firm
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Demonstrated business development skills
