Job Description

  • Manage and develop client relationships in the private client sector
  • Provide high-level tax advice to high net worth individuals
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of tax services to clients
  • Participate in business development initiatives to grow the tax practice
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
  • Contribute to the development of team members through mentoring and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Associate Director should have:

  • A professional qualification in tax or law
  • Deep knowledge of UK tax law and regulations
  • Experience in a tax advisory role within a professional services firm
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Demonstrated business development skills
