THE ROLE

The Private Client Advisor, Americas, will be responsible for leading virtual clienteling efforts for our eCommerce clientele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in virtual clienteling, with the ability to develop and drive initiatives that bridge online and offline experiences. This role requires a digitally savvy professional with strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for building lasting client relationships through an omnichannel, client-centric approach.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Focus on client profiles shopping identifying 'high value' and 'high potential' clients, plus shopping preferences (e.g., gender, directional vs classic) through an analytics dashboard and working closely with the client value team
  • Identify sales leads and implement new selling ideas to ensure sales targets are met
  • Leverage brand-owned chat/online platforms (live chat, email, SMS, Wishlist) to provide personalized correspondence
  • Work closely with in-store Retail and Buying/Merchandising teams to develop strong knowledge of product and upcoming stock availability, with emphasis on driving pre-selling initiatives
  • Create product lists and recommendations to drive sales through available clienteling tools
  • Understand and document client preferences to increase spend and develop loyalty (e.g., cross-sell product categories)
  • Monitor incoming orders to ensure personal awareness of customer shopping patterns
  • Ensure prompt follow up with customers acquired through Personal Shopping initiatives / promotions to build lasting relationships
  • Propose services through outreach to grow VIC client base through an emotional connection to the brand supported by spending habits

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • 4-5 years' experience gained in sales with a client book for a luxury fashion brand
  • Experience with digital selling/chat tools and ability to track, monitor, report on direct/assisted sales
  • Excellent communications skills, specifically regarding building relationships with clients
  • Excellent visual styling and written skills, articulate with good spelling and grammar
  • Numerate with strong digital literacy, ideally familiarity/comfort with reporting dashboards and software such as Excel

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $70,000 - $85,000 + commission. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
